Estimated delivery times to Australia are 3–5 business days. These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, operational disruptions, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Customers are fully responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, AlpX is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended packages.

Risk of loss and ownership transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds or replacements are only granted if:

  • The product received is defective upon arrival; or
  • The product received is materially different from the product shown on our website.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect orders placed by customers
  • Minor visual differences
  • Delayed shipping
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper installation

Customers are not required to pay return shipping fees for approved defective or incorrect items.

To request a refund or replacement, customers must contact us at contact.alpx@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photo or video evidence.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request that does not meet our policy requirements.

Fraudulent chargebacks, abusive disputes, or intentional payment reversals may result in permanent bans, collection actions, and submission of evidence to payment processors.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the United States.
